Generally, I have never really bothered buying health or cook books as anything and everything can be found on the internet. However, Honestly Healthy is different. Simply - it’s great.
The very special person to introduce this book into my world was in fact my amazing mum. Not only am I very glad that she did this, but so is she, and my dad too. I don’t want to rave on too much about this book and its nutrition and lifestyle wonders, but the results and transformation I have seen in my parents (and in myself) is phenomonal! They look better than they have in years, are much happier and their energy levels have completely soared! They are radiant and more amazing than ever.
According to the Daily Mail, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Anistion and Victoria Beckham too are also getting into the healing and healthy world of alkaline foods with the help of this book – and so they should.
